Way to recharge:

China: 0.017 Euro/minute (mobile and fixed phone).

The exchange rate between Euro and RMB is mainly fluttering in 10 to 12. And the so called charge rate here refers to charge rate of the country from which the call is made, regardless in which country and district the call is made.
